Clinical Coordinator of Operations/ RBT

Taylor went to undergrad at Butler University graduating in 2020 with a major in Biology and double minor in Chemistry and Latin. Taylor was on the pre med track and decided to join the ABA field after working with kids in college and at a Montessori daycare. Working with kids in group care made her realize that the minority group of kids in school are the ones that need the extra attention. Taylor spent some time in nursing school, but ultimately decided that she best fit in the role of directly serving children on a personal level. She strives to support children in both the physical and behavioral capacities to help build those neural connections.

In her free time, Taylor enjoys reading, watching movies, finding new coffee shops, and places to eat.  She also loves spending time with her family and those closest to her.

Arsi was born and raised in India, specifically in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. She moved to the United States in 2022 to pursue her bachelor’s degree. As an international student, she's thrilled to be exploring opportunities in Colorado while working towards her goals.  Arsi attended school in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Behavioral Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of Colorado Denver. She first learned about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in one of her psychology classes. It fascinated her how powerful and transformative ABA can be in shaping human behavior and improving lives. She's always had a deep love for children—they bring her so much joy—and she's passionate about helping them grow and reach their full potential.

Outside of work, Arsi is a full-time student. She enjoys journaling and planning events or activities for her family and finds so much happiness in creating moments that make others smile.

Anya is an international student originally from Ahmedabad, India who is currently studying at the University of Colorado Denver. She is pursuing a major in Psychology and minors in Human Development and Family Relations as well as Cognitive Behavioral Neuroscience. During her pursuit of her degree, she learned about Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) from her peer at CU Denver.
